About
The trades built Oklahoma. They deserve better infrastructure.
Our thesis
The home services industry in Oklahoma is built almost entirely on small, owner-operated shops — the kind of businesses that keep the lights on, the heat running, and the water flowing in every town from Guymon to Idabel. Most are profitable. Most are also undervalued — not because the work isn't there, but because the back office, the books, and the operating systems never grew up with the company.
Out-of-state private equity figured this out years ago. They fly in, roll up shops, plug in institutional infrastructure, and sell at multiples the original owner never saw a penny of.
PAC is the alternative. We give independent Oklahoma owners the same operating infrastructure — finance, marketing, HR, technology, business advisory, procurement, and training — without taking the company from them. Sell when you want, to whom you want, at the multiple you earned.
Operating principles
Four rules we won't bend.
Owners stay owners.
We don't take equity to operate. You keep the company; we make it worth more.
Numbers, then narrative.
Every recommendation traces back to a line item. No vibes-based consulting.
Operators, not advisors.
Our team has run dispatch boards, closed books, and sold trucks. We act, not just advise.
Built to be sold — even if you don't.
A company that's ready for a buyer is also a company that's easier to run.
The team
Operators for you, from here.
PAC's partners are Oklahomans — a former trades-company owner who bought low and sold high, an ex–private-equity executive who built successful companies from the ground up, and a team of marketers, collaborators, and leaders who've scaled and served local brands across Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and the rural markets in between.
We'll introduce you to the people who'll actually run your account on the discovery call. Same names, same numbers, same zip codes. No bait-and-switch.
